Fit School Running

For women wishing to begin and maintain a consistent running program

Winter Session:

Monday, January 8th – Wednesday, February 21st
(no class 1/15 and 2/19)

Free Classes – Wednesday, January 3rd

Class Times/Location:

5:50am – 6:50am – check here for location

8:30am – 9:30am – Barkley Pond/Fountain Trail *

5:30pm – 6:30pm – Barkley Pond/Fountain Trail *

Fee: $119 for 6 weeks/12 workouts

 

 

 

 

*Location: Barkley Pond/Fountain Trail, Cinema Place, Bellingham, WA (near Regal Cinemas). 

Coach Carol Frazey leads this fun and successful training program for women.

  • Two weekly group workouts in a fun, non-intimidating environment.
  • Personal Goal Development
  • Interval Training
  • One-on-one attention
  • Instruction on running technique, injury prevention, stretching and strength exercises.
  • All fitness levels are welcome!

 Running Form and Efficiency Tips Clinic

Thursday, January 18th, 2018
Time: 7:15 – 8:15 PM
Where: Meet at the store
Coach: Josh Vander Wiele
Free
Class Max: 10 participants – class fills quickly, limited to first 10 people who call into the store to RSVP. (Class open to teens and up.)

What to wear: Running shoes and something comfortable you can move around in.

Must RSVP prior to clinic by calling (360) 676-4955.

Staffer (and coach) Josh Vander Wiele will share some great tips for faster, easier, more injury free running. Participants will get a chance to practice what they learn with guided drills and feedback. There will be time for your running related questions, like “Am I breathing right?”
