Race Shirts If you are among the first 400 to register, you will receive a short-sleeve technical shirt, with race logo, by Mizuno. All who register after the first 400 will receive a cotton shirt with race logo! You'll receive your tech or cotton shirt when you pick up your race bag on race morning at Fairhaven's Village Green (see below).
NEW--PLEASE READ! Race Bag & Timing Chip Race bag and chip pick-up will be available race day only, 7 AM - 8:15 AM, at a NEW LOCATION: Fairhaven's Village Green (same location as the post-race party). Race-day pick-up will allow participants to get timing chip, race number, race shirt, and race bag all at once. Please plan to arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to park, get your chip and number, and stow your bag! (Chips must be returned before leaving the finish chute or a $25 fee will be assessed.)
Parking In an effort to be environmentally conscientious, we ask you to consider carpooling to the race! Sharing a ride will also help provide more room in Fairhaven, where plenty of free parking will be available. Carpooling with friends and family is a fun way to help us toward our goal of a more planet-friendly event!
Help Us Go Green! We want to help lead the way toward "environmentally greener" events, where we reduce waste, reuse, and recycle. Here are ways we can work together:
- Please carpool to race start. See above!
- Bring your own water bottle. By bringing your own water bottle you'll help reduce use of paper cups.
- Water at finish will be pre-poured in cups and in coolers. After use, all cups will be composted through the Sanitary Service Company (SSC).
- Recycling and compost receptacles will be provided by SSC at race finish.
- Efforts will be made to reduce food packaging. Food will be provided by generous local sponsors: Fairhaven's Food Pavilion, Great Harvest Bread Co., and Erin Baker's Wholesome Baked Goods.

Adventures NW Magazine
With trail shoes, paddles, and bikes, we Pacific Northwesterners take to the outdoors with multisport zeal. Three years ago, Adventures NW magazine captured that spirit, wrapping thoughtful words and gorgeous photos around our athletic, nature-loving souls. Publishers Paul Haskins, Alaine Borgias, and their Outward-Bound-son Finnian, know how to tell excellent adventure stories. Just as expertly, they also know how to give back to their community, and we thank them for their support.
