With these free drop-in runs and walks, you’re never far from friends who will hit the trail with you. Questions about routes or paces? We’re happy to help. Just call or e-mail us (contact info at top of page).
Get fit, get inspired and have fun! Led by staffers and volunteers, runs are 20 minutes out and back on two key routes, by the water or through the woods. Participants are divided into groups ranging from run/walk to seven minute pace. Meets at the store.
For safety’s sake, let’s light the night! Headlamp or flashlight required if run lasts past dusk. Please wear something reflective.
So sorry, but these are people only events (no doggies) as we do our best to safely share the trail.

Join in the fun and good exercise at a Welcoming Walk or Pick Up the Pace Walk that occur once or more a month at a variety of locations. Well attended. Plan on good exercise and camaraderie, versus casual strolling. Organized by Cindy Paffumi. Monthly walks will be posted on the Community Walking and Hiking page.
